At Canada Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on most unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery.

Request a Return Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your return back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
